Jalapeño Bottlecaps

The Preparation

Heat oil to 350°F.

Make beer batter same as for fried pickles.

Slice jalapeños into rings and remove seeds and membrane for less heat.

Dip jalapeño rings in batter.

Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Drain on paper towels and serve.
