    Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan

    Cook vegetables with garam masala, ground cumin, ginger, coriander, and chili flakes

    Prepare dough or use wonton wrappers

    Fill wrappers with spiced vegetable mixture

    Pan fry in oil until golden and crispy
