The Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Blend eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
Place a pat of butter in each muffin tin cup and place in oven to melt and get hot.
Carefully pour batter into hot buttered muffin cups, filling about halfway.
Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden.
Serve immediately with toppings.
