The preparation

6 steps, about 5 minutes start to finish.

  1. 01

Add the oats, oat milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a jar or airtight container.

  2. 02

Add the peanut butter and honey.

  3. 03

Slice half a banana and add it to the jar.

  4. 04

Stir everything together until well combined, making sure the peanut butter is fully incorporated.

  5. 05

Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.

  6. 06

In the morning, give it a stir. If it is thicker than you like, add a splash of milk to loosen. Eat cold straight from the jar, or top with extra banana slices, a drizzle of honey, or a handful of granola.

lightbulb The chef's notes

“Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days (best within 3). For meal prep, make 3-5 jars at once. Swap the peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for variety.”
