Bacon Mushroom Swiss Quiche

The Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Pre-bake pie shell for a few minutes if using frozen.

Layer cheese on the bottom of the pie shell.

Add crumbled bacon and sauteed mushrooms.

Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, flour, salt, and pepper.

Pour egg mixture over fillings.

Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes until set in center and golden on top.
