The Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in sour cream, cheddar, Monterey Jack, green chiles, jalapeños, garlic, and onion powder.
Season with salt and spread into a baking dish.
Combine panko with melted butter and spread over the top.
Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and topping is golden brown.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
