The preparation

5 steps, about 3 minutes start to finish.

1. 01

   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. 02

   Add the green crème de menthe, white crème de cacao, and heavy cream.

3. 03

   Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

4. 04

   Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

5. 05

   Garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg if desired.
