    Fill a rocks glass or highball glass with ice.

    Add Kahlua and heavy cream. Stir gently to combine.

    Top with a splash of club soda.

“Stir the Kahlua and cream together first so they blend fully, then add the club soda last for that light, almost egg-cream fizz on top. Serve it over plenty of ice so it stays cold and doesn't turn heavy.”
