The Preparation
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a food processor.
Add cold cubed butter and pulse until pea-sized pieces form.
Add cold buttermilk and mix until just combined.
Turn dough out and fold several times for flaky layers.
Chill dough for 15 minutes.
Roll out and cut into squares.
Bake at [approx] 425°F for approximately 25 minutes until golden.
