The Preparation

Slice onion into thin rings and separate.

Soak onion rings in milk for at least 15 minutes.

Mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Remove onions from milk, dredge in seasoned flour.

Fry in oil at 350F until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels.
