Leek and Mushroom Crostini

The Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice baguette, brush one side with olive oil, place oil-side up on baking sheet.

Toast bread in oven for 5-6 minutes until crispy.

Saute mushrooms, leeks, and garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper until softened.

Remove from heat, mix in cream cheese and Parmesan until combined.

Spoon mixture onto toasted crostini.

Place under broiler for about 2 minutes to warm through and melt.
