The Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease an 8x8 baking pan.
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Stir in cocoa powder and mix until smooth.
Add bourbon and stir to combine.
Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Whisk in powdered sugar, then beat in eggs one at a time.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 325°F for approximately 40 minutes until set.
Cool before cutting. These are gluten-free.
