Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and mixed breadcrumbs with seasoning.
Dredge each string cheese stick in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with seasoned breadcrumb mixture.
Double-dip if desired: dip back in egg and breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
Freeze breaded sticks for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil to 375°F in a deep pan or fryer.
Fry frozen sticks in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with marinara sauce.
