The Preparation

Make or roll out pie dough

Cut circles and press into tart/muffin tins

Mix butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt

Whisk until lightened slightly

Fill tart shells with mixture

Bake until pastry is golden and filling is set
