The Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Mix sausage meat with herbs, onion, salt, and pepper
Roll out puff pastry
Place sausage mixture along center
Roll up and seal seam
Cut into individual rolls
Brush with egg wash
Score tops
Bake 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden
