The Preparation
Make dough: combine flour and salt, add water, knead until smooth
Rest dough for 30 minutes
For potato filling: boil and mash potatoes, sauté onions in butter, combine
For blueberry filling: toss blueberries with sugar
Roll dough thin and cut circles
Fill with either potato or blueberry filling
Fold and pinch edges to seal
Boil in salted water until they float
Serve with butter and sour cream
