Lemon Dill Aioli

The Preparation

Pulse garlic in a food processor or blender until minced. Also grate some garlic for texture variation.

Add mayonnaise and juice of one full lemon.

Add fresh dill and dried dill generously.

Blend until combined but still has some texture.
