Preheat oven to 400°F or set broiler to high.
Combine softened butter, honey, Dijon mustard, both minced and roughly chopped garlic, paprika, lemon juice, thyme, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Spread the butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
Place on a baking sheet. For oven: bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until butter is melted and edges are toasted. For broiler: broil 4–5 inches from the element for 2–3 minutes, watching closely.
Slice and serve immediately.
