The Preparation
Prep all ingredients and vegetables in separate containers
Boil noodles according to package, drain (discard sauce packet)
Mix sauce: soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch
Heat wok or large pan with oil over high heat
Cook protein first, set aside
Stir-fry vegetables quickly
Add noodles and sauce
Toss everything together until well coated
Serve immediately
