8 steps, about 10 minutes start to finish.
Prepare the Raspberry Base: In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, lemonade, sugar (if using), and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the seeds. Discard the seeds.
Mix the Cocktail: Add the vodka and raspberry liqueur to the pitcher and stir to combine.
Fill four glasses with ice cubes.
Assemble the Cocktail: Pour the raspberry vodka mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda, stirring gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish each glass with a few fresh raspberries, a lemon slice, and a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
“For an extra boozy twist, you can increase the amount of vodka or raspberry liqueur according to your preference. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.”
