Broccoli Cheese Casserole

The Preparation

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes.

Shock in ice bath and drain well.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning together.

Fold in blanched broccoli.

Transfer to a baking dish.

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter.

Top casserole with cracker mixture and return to oven until topping is golden.
