Classic Deviled Eggs

The Preparation

Boil eggs: bring water to a rolling boil, add eggs, cook for 14 minutes. Immediately transfer to an ice bath and cool completely.

Peel and halve eggs. Remove yolks to a bowl.

Add Miracle Whip (or mayo and vinegar), mustard, and salt to the yolks.

Mash with a fork or potato masher until smooth.

Transfer mixture to a ziplock bag, cut the tip off, and pipe into egg white halves.

Optionally sprinkle with paprika.

Serve chilled.
